Agreement for Online Booking
In order to schedule your appointment online, we ask that you please observe and agree to the following:
1. You are a current Glam Up Hair Salon client
2. Please schedule only one appointment per service and time period
3. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours for hair cut - 48 hours for other services such as chemical treatments. Failure to cancel in time will result in 50% charge - Thank you for your understanding.
4. For an appointment after 4 pm, please call 415.441.2484
5. An appointment for bang cut, shampoo and blow dry, up-do, hair bleaching and thermal iron straightening is only accepted by phone. Please call 415.441.2484
