Online Booking Policies

In order to schedule an appointment using our online system, we kindly ask everyone to kindly observe the following guide lines:

• You are a current Glam Up client

• Please schedule only one appointment per service and time period

• Online booking requires credit card information

• For an appointment after 4pm for hair treatments, straightening, please call 415-441-2484

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering to book your next hair appointment with us. Like any business, making an appointment with Glam Up for your hair styling requires that your preferred stylist set aside his or her schedule to accommodate you, depending on the type of style or treatment you are schedule for, it could be anywhere from 60 minutes to several hours.

Therefore, we kindly ask that you give us ample time for changes or cancellations so that other clients will have the opportunity to have a Glam Up experience. Failure to adhere to this common courtesy may result in 50% charge, or 100% charge for no show, and if a client had more than 3 times record for no show , we can cancel the appointment with out notification. We thank you for your understanding.
